Laboratory

The electric motors laboratory offers testing services for electric motors and drives according to standard test methods (EN 60034-1, EN 60034-2-1, Regulations (UN/ECE) no. 85 and No. 134, EN IEC 61800-9-2) and custom tests tailored on client’s specific needs.

The EML laboratory has test benches in four power ratings, LAT-calibrated measurement instruments, and auxiliary tools to carry out tests on electric motors and drives.

The electric motors laboratory is the only facility conducting for the approval tests of motor vehicle powered with electric drive trains (Regulations R85 and R134) and efficiency tests on electric motors (EN 60034-2-1) and power converters (IEC 61800-9-2).
